Supporting student organizations is a vital part of what we do. There are a number of great resources at your disposal to help you navigate processes, procedures and to support organization success. This page is updated often.
When planning an event on campus please keep in mind how to make your event accessible for all students. The following statement can be used in social media and marketing materials.

- Event Safety
Alcohol Guidelines for Student Organizations - Student organizations are expected to exercise good judgment in planning and promoting their activities. All recognized student organizations are subject to the regulations concerning alcohol when hosting sponsored events on or off campus.
Event Liability Waiver Form - Please have participants complete and submit the Event Waiver Form as part of your upcoming event. This form is required to ensure that all participants are fully informed of the event's terms and conditions. Return the signed form to the Office of Student Involvement or email the form to involvement@uni.edu within 24 hours of your event. Failure to submit the waiver on time may result in your inability to participate in the future events. Thank you for your cooperation!

Off Campus Event Form - The Off-Campus Event Form, provided by the Office of Student Involvement and Event Services, helps coordinate necessary services for your event. Event requests must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event. All student organization activities and events must comply with both the appropriate use of off-campus spaces and University guidelines, policies, and procedures.
