Student Organization Week

The Office of Student Involvement will be celebrating all registered student organizations during Student Organization Week. This academic year, Student Organization Week will kickoff on January 25, 2027 and run through January 29, 2027.

Student Organization Week Schedule

Monday January 25 | 11am - 12pm

Let us kick off Student Org. Week with a thank you luncheon for all our Student Organization Leaders (A Student Organization Leader is classified as someone who is listed as an officer for their student organization, on the Student Involvement website). Join us at the Panther Den for delicious food and great conversation (Panther Den is located in the upstairs level of Maucker Union, behind the Student Involvement desk).

• RSVP by filling out the Leadership Luncheon Form.

Tuesday January 26 | 9am - 4pm

Student Involvement Team Instagram Takeover! Get an inside look at the Office of Student Involvement as we take over our Instagram account for a special vlog blitz! Throughout the day, our team will be sharing behind-the-scenes moments, introducing staff, and providing tips and resources to help you make the most of your student experience. Wednesday January 27 | 11am - 1pm

Check out the various student organizations on campus during the Spring student organization fair from 11am to 1pm in the Maucker Union Ballrooms. 

• Student organization should fill out the Student Organization Fair RSVP to reserve a table at this years event.

Thursday January 28 | 8am - 4pm

Drop off a flier at the Student Involvement desk or email your organization's spring event schedule by 4pm to be entered into a drawing for $100 of funding for your student organization!
