Student Organization Week

The Office of Student Involvement will be celebrating all registered student organizations during Student Organization Week. This academic year, Student Organization Week will kickoff on January 27, 2025 and run through January 30, 2025. You can find more information about the schedule of events below.

Student Organization Week Schedule

Monday January 27: 9am to 11am

Let us kick off Student Org. Week with a thank you breakfast for all our Student Organization Leaders (A Student Organization Leader is classified as someone who is listed as an officer for their student organization, on the Student Involvement website). On Monday, January 27th from 9-11am join us at the Panther Den for donuts and juice (Panther Den is located in the upstairs level of Maucker Union, behind the Student Involvement desk).

Tuesday January 28: 9am to 4pm

Student Involvement Team Instagram Takeover! Get an inside look at the Office of Student Involvement as we take over our Instagram account for a special vlog blitz! Throughout the day, our team will be sharing behind-the-scenes moments, introducing staff, and providing tips and resources to help you make the most of your student experience. Wednesday January 29: 11am to 1pm

Check out the various student organizations on campus during the Spring student organization fair from 11am to 1pm in the Maucker Union Ballrooms. Student Organization RSVP.

Thursday January 30

Drop off a flier at the Student Involvement desk or email your organization's spring event schedule by 4pm on 1/30/25 to be entered into a drawing for $100 of funding for your student organization!
