Equipment Reservations

The Office of Student Involvement has a variety of equipment for registered student organizations to reserve at no cost! You can view our equipment below and reserve it using the EMS Web App.

Terms and Conditions: 

  1. The student organization shall keep and maintain the equipment during the dates of reservation.
  2. The equipment should be returned in the same condition as when received (normal wear and tear expected).
  3. If damaged,  the student organization will be required to pay for the repair of said item or pay full replacement value if the item is not repairable.  Normal wear and tear is expected.  If the equipment is lost or stolen, the organization will be expected to pay full replacement value.  Fees are listed below.
  4. The equipment shall be picked up and returned to the Office of Student Involvement by the person specified in the check out request.
  5. Fees associated with damaged, lost or stolen equipment are listed below:
  • Table Cloths: General Cleaning $15 (if returned with stains), Repairs $25, Replacement $85
  • A-Frame Signs/Chalkboards:  Repairs $50, Replacement $150
  • Sound System: Replacement $3,000
  • Yard Games Replacement Cost: Bags Set $230/Ring Toss $40/Tumbling Tower $90/Yard Dice $40
  • Sewing Machine: $150
  • Cricut Machine: $250
  • Life Size Checkers: $150
  • Life Size Connect Four: $170
  • 360 Photo Booth: $500
  • Karaoke Machine: $150
  • Board Games: $30 each
  • 10x10 Pop Up Canopy $50
  • Disc Golf Basket (Discs Included): $150 each
  • Bingo Set (17 Bingo Cards included): $40
  • Jazzminton $200
  • Spikeball $70
  • 9 Square $800
  • 4 Square Volleyball $70

6. Submissions to checkout equipment must be received at least one week in advance of the event. Submissions received less than a week before the event will not guarantee an approved reservation.
