Maucker Union Entrance Displays
Student Involvement & Events Services is taking submissions to promote campus events/announcements via the Maucker Union digital displays by registered student organizations and university departments. Slides must be submitting at least two business days before requested start date and will be allowed to run for a maximum of two weeks.
USAGE GUIDELINES
- Name or logo of the sponsoring student organization/department must appear on the slide.
- Limit of one slide per event, but multiple organizations/departments sponsoring the same event may submit one slide per organization.
- Message cannot promote the consumption of alcoholic beverages, use of tobacco products or drugs, or the promotion of credit cards.
- Slides may advertise products or services of a commercial business if they are part of a fundraiser or program for a registered student organization or campus department. No more than one-third of the slide can be used to advertise the commercial sponsor, product, or service.
- All slides must be in compliance with any and all applicable University of Northern Iowa Policies and Procedures.
SLIDE FORMAT:
- Use RGB color formatting (not CMYK)
- UNI Purple RGB: R=80, G=7, B=120
- UNI Gold RGB: R=255, G=181, B=0
- Image must be in the following formats: .jpg .jpeg .gif
- Dimensions of slide must be 1080 x 600 pixels (15 inches wide x 8.33 inches tall). Image quality/appearance will not be guaranteed if slides do not meet this requirement.

SLIDE SUBMISSION
- Slides will be scheduled to run up to two weeks prior to the event date.
- Attach the slide(s) and include any special instructions in your e-mail.
