EMS - Event Management System
EMS Campus
EMS Campus is a campus-wide Event Management System used to schedule spaces in campus facilities. Through a desktop client, event planners and schedulers are able to reserve space in real-time, add equipment and event setup details, send event confirmations and generate reports.
EMS Web App
EMS Web App is a web-based application that allows campus users to check space availability, to view real-time reservation calendars and event schedules, and to submit reservation requests to reserve space.

EMS Master Calendar
If an event is scheduled in a space using EMS Campus, it can be set to automatically display in Master Calendar. Master Calendar also affords the ability to add events that are not held on campus (i.e. virtual events, and other off-campus events, etc...).
- Anyone can view public calendars
Only authorized individuals can add events to the Master Calendar either as a Calendar Manager, Calendar Users or Calendar Requestor.
Master Calendar access: eventschedule.uni.edu
Events pulled into Master Calendar can be further developed in Master Calendar to include event descriptions, thumbnail size images, links to web sites and/or links to registration forms.
