Maucker Union Electronic Message Display

Marquee (Electronic Message Board) Guidelines

  • Northern Iowa Student Government purchased the Electronic Message Display and it is programmed by the Office of Event Services.
  • The Maucker Union marquee (electronic message display) is located at the SW Building Entrance closest to the Union fountain.
  • Registered Student Organizations and University Departments may advertise events for a period not to exceed (2) weeks at a time.
  • No solicitation or personal messages allowed.
  • Student Involvement & Event Services reserves the right to edit or limit messages.

 

Directions:

  • Complete all fields to avoid delays in processing your request.
  • Requests should be submitted at least (2) weeks prior to event date.
  • Event Description should be as brief as possible due to space limits.
